These are the musings of a retired male. Some may be interesting, some may be boring, but all will be true. It will contain info om PEI and some links I find interesting. Pull up a chair and enjoy.

SANTA KNOWS.

Boy was "SANTA" ever good to me as you would not believe all the nice gifts I received and not a bummer in the works.

We should all be very thankful that we live in this super country called "CANADA" and have such a fine neighbor to our south. Not that I agree with everything they do and when I don't agree I will be only to glad to tell them but most of the time they get it right. Most Americans are real fine people but like all places they have a few you have to keep an eye on.

I think for reasons I will not go into now that this is the best Christmas I have had in a long time. I am going to start working on making next year even more special that this year.

May the supreme being bless you all and hope your Christmas was as special as mine.

Till next time, take care.

WE HAVE A WINNER!

I have a winner in my first annual "CHRISTMAS TRIVIA FUNTEST", and they have been notified to find out what their favorite charity is so I can make the donation in their name. I will announce who it is just as soon as they answer my E-MAIL.
I was very impressed with the answers as it is amazing the knowledge all of you have about Christmas. I like to think that because of the funtest you googled some of the answers and have increased your knowledge of this wonderful season. That was part of the reason I did this funtest and if you had half as much fun finding the answers and increasing your knowledge that it was a success. I am aslo sure that the winners chosen charity can use the funds.
As soon as I hear from the official winner (you are all winners by your persipatction) I will tell you who it is.
Take care till next time.

MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL.

Here it is Christmas Eve in beautiful PEI and I just want to wish you all the very merriest of Christmases, and may you hang pantie hose instead of a sock and find it full in the morning.
I am not a religious person by any stretch of your imagination but remember the reason for the season.
Take care, will announce the winner of my funtest in the morning.

CONGRATS CALI GIRL.

Well I want to start this post by saying congrats to CALIGIRL & her daughter who today became perminant residents of Canada and well on their way to becoming Canadian citizens. CALI is from California who now is married to a citizen of PEI and I am very happy for all three of them. Pick-up a jug of wine today folks and have a toast to your future. Before I change the subject I just want to offer you all the very best the future has to offer.
My Christmas trivia has received some response but not what I had hoped for but their are still a few days left before it closes so maybe you are all waiting for the last minute before responding. Come on folks it is all in the spirit of the season and I am sure your charity could use an extra $25.00. This is my first attempt at this kind of thing and have enjoyed it so I will do it again next year with a few changes.
Next year the questions will hopefully get more difficult and there will be only 25. I will be raising the donation for charity and the amount will depend on how many entries I receive this year.
I would like to thank Ann & her son for giving me the idea, they won one of my trivia contests and said to give their prize to someone who needed it as it was getting close to Christmas. Got me thinking and I came up with the Christmas trivia funtest and the prize to charity.
Well that is all for this time, come on you bunch of scrugges get to work and do the funtest, time is short and I am sure you will enjoy it.
My next post will be just after Christmas when I announce the winner so in closing I just want to wish everyone the very best Christmas ever and may all your gift wishes be fulfilled.
Till next time. take care.

Funtest can be found in the previous post.
